Most commercial braiding hair, wigs and weaves are factory processed before reaching you. Preparation reduces what should not sit on your scalp. Installation begins with preparation.

Preparation Was Never Made Standard

Synthetic hair is factory-manufactured and treated during production. Surface residues may remain unless properly removed. Heat increases evaporation. Rinsing before installation reduces surface residue before styling begins.

  • Open. Air. Breathe.

Allow synthetic hair to ventilate after removing it from plastic packaging.

  • Proper Rinse

Reduce surface residue through a controlled lukewarm rinse.

  • Ventilation Rule

Avoid enclosed spaces when applying heat to synthetic fibres.

  • Protect the Scalp Barrier

Support the scalp with a light protective layer before install.

  • Direct From Pack

    • Residue untouched
    • Heat applied to untreated fibre

  • Prepared

    • Surface residue reduced
    • Heat applied after rinse
    • Ventilation considered

Installing straight from the pack is the mistake.

That’s where the problems start, even the ones you don’t see.
