Pre-order cancellations

Cancel your pre-order before dispatch by emailing info@prepcarehair.co.uk with your order number. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Change-of-mind returns

You have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

PrepCare Hair covers return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where legally required.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, as applicable, to your original payment method. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Return instructions

Please email info@prepcarehair.co.uk with your order number first. We will provide return instructions. Do not send returns to the bottle-label address unless we specifically tell you to.
